Do any of the following apply to you?
- Turned down for a mortgage by your own bank?
- Only 1-2 years accounts available?
- Dividend income only?
- Company has retained profit?
- Most recent accounts do not reflect current income?
- Self employed for a short period of time
Because Argyle Fox Finance work with all lenders we know those who may be prepared to consider your mortgage application if your business has only 1-2 years trading accounts.
We know lenders who will accept your Company’s retained profit and/or dividend as income for mortgage purposes.
If you have recently changed from employed to self employed, and continue to work with the same business/employer you may not need accounts to prove your income.
If you are self employed with any of the above trading styles and would like to discuss your
mortgage requirements please,
